As you may or may not know, October is Breast Cancer awareness month.
DJ Timbo performed at the 1st annual design for the cure gala for the LA chapter of the Susan G. Koman foundation.
"Everyone is effected by breast cancer in some way or another. We all must do what we can to help find a cure. I was honored to be a part of such a wonderful event."

My debut artist album reached number thrity seven on the iTunes comedy charts.
Most of the songs I record, I do for fun. I rarely play my own songs at parties unless someone requests it. Then maybe I'll play it, if it's appropriate.
It's weird having two fan bases. I have my clients that hire me to DJ for their special events, and I have Youtube subscribers and people who follow me from my night club work. Either way it was an honor to be on the charts even though I have no idea who bought the record.
I worked with some amazing people and we had a blast making the songs and videos.

You don't have to be Jewish to do a good deed or connect with your creator.
In my quest yet again to find a deeper meaning at my client's special events, I have decided to begin a Mitzvah project of my own.
As you know many inner city children do not have the opportunities to study the arts. The schools are in a budget crisis. I believe we all must do our part to empower our youth. After all, we are borrowing the world from them.
I found a non-profit organization called A Place Called Home. Located in the heart of South Central Los Angeles, its a safe after school place for children, living in a poverty stricken community littered with gang violence and drug abuse, to learn about the arts, do homework, eat well balanced meals and get real exercise.
I am going to teach a DJ class. Its a 9-week summer program that will give at-risk students a very real plan on how to be a professional working DJ.
